Zach Shulman joined the firm in 2024 and in addition to his Of Counsel role at Klausner Cook, Zach is also the Director of the university-wide Entrepreneurship at Cornell program. Zach has years of experience as a corporate transactional lawyer and venture capitalist as a Managing Partner of Cayuga Venture Fund.
